Shipping

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

In stock items will usually be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Items shown as being sold on a pre-order basis will be shipped once production of the item is complete. In such cases, an estimated shipping date will be given prior to completing checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

Watches ordered by customers located within the United Kingdom are shipped by DPD and usually delivered within 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Watches ordered by customers located outside of the United Kingdom are shipped via DHL, and usually delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch.

Straps and accessories are shipped by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the destination country. Please allow 5-7 business days for any accessory orders.

Customers located outside of the United Kingdom should note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and remain the customer's responsibility. Where applicable, these are calculated and collected by DHL prior to delivery, in line with the destination country's import regulations.

Rejected Deliveries

If the delivery is rejected by the recipient, the courier will contact us to arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.

Once we receive the watch back safely it will go through our standard returns process.

Where packaging has been unopened we would usually expect a full refund to be made less a fee equivalent to £12 GBP / $16 USD to cover the outbound and return shipping costs.

If you have paid any customs duty or local sales taxes prior to rejecting delivery, please note that these cannot be refunded or reimbursed.
